The breakfast in Turkey

I will discuss about Breakfast in Turkey. Breakfast is the most important thing for everyone. The term breakfast for turkish is kahvaltı.  Breakfast is has become a mandatory activity for the Turkish. So, no wonder they eat with a lot of foods. And they accustomed to doing kahvaltı with families and even neighbors while discussing. Habits in Turkish society that prefer kahvaltı  and rarely eat lunch. You must know guys, whatever hours they do breakfast, as long they haven't done it yet the activity is still called kahvaltı. For example in the morning they haven't eaten breakfast. then they eat at 5pm, it remains called is kahvaltı.

 

Talk about the breakfast in turkey one of them is Menemen. Menemen is one of the breakfast menu for the Turkish country.  They also don't miss to drink of tea.The main ingredient menemen is egg, and combined with onions, vegetables and cooked with tomato paste. Delicioud isn't it? Turkish people always eat menemen with bread with yougurt. Whatever type of food, they always eat with yougurt. Ok guys, how to make this food? Very simple, you can try it at home. I will to tell you again how to make menemen guys😉

                                 

The ingredients
-200 grams of finely chopped meat
-green, yellow, red peppers (to taste)
-4 cherry tomatoes cut into two parts
-2 finely chopped onions
-2 tablespoons of tomato paste
-paprika powder
-olive oil
-pepper
-salt
-enough water

How to make:
-sauteed the meat until cooked
-add the onions and the peppers to cook until cooked
-then add the spices: pepper, tomato paste, salt, paprika powder, enough water.
-then enter the cooked tomatoes until soft
-then lift and ready to be served with toast
