1. Turkish Red Lentil Soup or sultan soup

Sultan’s soup is also known as Ottoman soup. Originally served to the sultans of that era, it is typically made from chicken, thickened with flour and an egg yolk and then flavoured with blanched almonds. This soup, adapted from Sultan’s Kitchen restaurant in Boston, was on the menu.  It is a great soup for a cold day. Serve the sultan's soup with a sprinkling of chopped mint and a little yogurt. Soup is eaten for a variety of reasons in Turkey. Ottoman sultans were known to enjoy soup before meals to aid in digestion and stimulate the appetite, a practice that many Turkish people continue to this day. Soup is also eaten for economic reasons, because it is inexpensive and full of nutrients.
2. Yayla

'Yayla çorbası'(YAI 'is chor-BAH'-suh), or' highland 'grassland soup is Turkish soup which includes plain yogurt, mint and rice.  It's the perfect comfort food. to serve it at casual meals, or when we have leftover plain rice from the night before. When it's cooked just right, this soup is creamy and satisfying. This soup is made with nutritious ingredients, has a mild, minty flavor and is easy on the stomach. In Turkey, this recipe is considered a good choice if you're fighting a cold, much like chicken soup, or if you're recovering from an illness or surgery.
3. Celeriac soup

This celeriac soup is quite exquisite and ridiculously easy to make, with very few ingredients. It has a lovely rich, velvety texture with a distinctly fresh but full flavour. It is really hard to stop at just one bowl celeriac soup. Celeriac (kereviz in Turkish) is available during weather warming. It has a lovely rich, velvety texture with a distinctly fresh but full flavour.

Ok guys thanks for your attention !
